The healthcare company KMG-Clinics operates numerous facilities at more than 20 locations in four federal states. Previously, the topic of “career and training” was integrated into the menu of the existing KMG website.
The UVA should create a full-fledged independent careers portal for all content related to careers, training and KMG as an employer. The goal was a platform with its own look and feel, with a high level of information content and great authenticity, which invites the user to deal comprehensively with the topic.
In several workshops – moderated by the UVA – the objectives and focal points were first worked out. Participants were representatives of various departments, corporate communications, personnel recruiting, IT and external service providers. The cooperation with everyone involved was a challenge, but it worked well.
Another challenge was to link the new site to the existing one. When reprogramming the data interface, good cooperation with the IT company responsible for the website was important, and that also worked very well.
The career portal has a modern, clear and friendly imagery. The focus is on the human being. Many pictures show real employees of KMG and thus appear authentic and likeable.
The site offers an overview of all locations, institutions and professional fields, of apprenticeships, training and further education, studies and all career paths in general. You can call up specific information on locations, professional fields or vacancies, get an overview or delve deeply into a topic. A big advantage is that direct contact persons are offered for all matters. The KMG was trained by us to maintain the site in the future and to fill it with current information.
