We created a standalone presence for the Human Resources department, tailored precisely to the new umbrella brand and visible on sites such as lieblingsarbeitgeber.berlin. The goal: for Human Resources to come across as a favorite employer—not as a footnote within the corporation.
Task
Our mission: to create a corporate design for the Human Resources department that feels as though it had been part of the new umbrella brand from the very beginning. To achieve this, we developed templates and provided a whole suite of print and digital applications—ranging from posters and onboarding materials to other communication tools for recruitment and employee retention.
Implementation
The real challenge: merging two established corporate designs so that, in the end, only one remains—without the Human Resources division losing its distinct identity. Not an easy puzzle, but exactly our kind of thing. We integrated both systems until they looked like they were cut from the same cloth, while consistently prioritizing accessibility from the very beginning. The result is a comprehensive concept that works for every application—both print and digital.

Design and Results
Clear guidelines for placement and sizing ensure that the logos of the parent organization and the Human Resources department are perfectly aligned. Clearly defined color pairs ensure maximum contrast, and easy-to-follow typography guidelines ensure a consistent look—no matter who in the company designs the next poster.
