How we turned four educational institutions into a digital experience—and how you can benefit from it.
A groundbreaking web platform
We had the opportunity to develop a groundbreaking web platform for the Hoffbauer Foundation—a well-established independent educational organization with numerous facilities in Brandenburg—for its Kleinmachnow location. The goal was to unite four educational institutions—a daycare center, an elementary school, a comprehensive school, and a high school—under one digital umbrella and present them as a cohesive campus. All of this was done in line with the Hoffbauer Foundation’s guiding principles and corporate design.
Challenge: Diversity, Values, and Structure Under One Roof
The new website was intended not only to reflect the uniqueness of the location but also to showcase the diversity of educational approaches—in a clearly structured, informative, and user-friendly manner. Key requirements included centralized editorial control via a shared CMS and a design that integrates seamlessly with the foundation’s existing corporate identity.
Our Approach: Interactive, Participatory, and Value-Based
In a series of workshops with leadership teams, educational professionals, and communication liaisons, shared goals and values were developed—based on the guiding principle:
“Growing Together. A Place of Learning for Everyone.” …a consistent educational approach.
At the same time, the unique characteristics of each individual facility were taken into account and incorporated into the site’s content structure.
Result: A platform that provides guidance and fosters a sense of belonging
Thanks to a clear navigation structure and a well-thought-out content architecture, a website has been created that provides targeted information to parents, students, teachers, and other interested parties alike. The site strengthens the Hoffbauer umbrella brand, conveys an educational philosophy, and at the same time invites visitors to discover the individual educational institutions in all their uniqueness.
