The message had to be eye-catching, funny, but also serious and portray AMEOS as a responsible employer.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uva.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/01_ameos-ost-kampagne-1024x614.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33059\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.uva.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/01_ameos-ost-kampagne-1024x614.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.uva.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/01_ameos-ost-kampagne-540x324.jpg 540w, https:\/\/www.uva.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/01_ameos-ost-kampagne-1536x922.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.uva.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/01_ameos-ost-kampagne-2048x1229.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-idee\">The idea<\/h2>\n\n<p>The play on words with the consistently positive term &#8220;fair&#8221; was implemented in many ways in the campaign. The word formations are eye-catching and immediately catch your attention because you have to again and again think outside the box: What do they mean? The design in bright colors is AMEOS style, the faces look likeable and authentic: That could be me too.
